“Cheaters 2” Announces Main Cast as Fan-Favorite Characters Return for a Bigger, Darker Sequel

The highly anticipated sequel, Cheaters: (Fill In The Blank), has officially announced
its principal cast, bringing back familiar faces while introducing new characters that promise
to raise the stakes of the franchise.

Following the events of the first film, the sequel dives deeper into the complicated
relationships, betrayals, and emotional consequences that left audiences wanting more.
Returning cast members will reprise their roles as the story expands beyond the original
narrative, introducing fresh dynamics, unexpected alliances, and shocking revelations.
Among the returning characters Shadow, Ivelisse and Doll-Face continue their stories in the
sequel as their relationships and conflicts evolve following the events of the first film. Newly
introduced characters River and The Boss become central figures in the sequel’s unfolding
dynamics, significantly shaping the direction of the story and the relationships between
established characters.

According to the filmmakers, Cheaters 2 will build upon the themes of love, trust, loyalty,
and deception that made the original film resonate with audiences. While honoring the
foundation of the first movie, the sequel expands its world, delivering higher emotional
stakes and more complex character arcs.
The film is expected to continue the franchise’s exploration of the consequences of the
choices people make when emotions and desires collide.

Carleton King (Shadow): King is a proud New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn. With over 60 Theater, TV, and Film productions under his belt. King is an Actor, Director, Writer, Cinematographer, Editor, Sound recordist, Gaffer and more! He also does it live for concerts, plays and stand-up shows. King’s credits are numerous. He’s worked with Netflix, Marvel, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and more. His pride in wearing multiple hats is like his crown. His production company Tru Luv Ent. has made Indie Filmmaking more accessible for many in NYC and works that he’s released have garnered several awards and accolades. King credits Jesus Christ as the source of his gifts and desires nothing more than to make a difference through his art. Why? Because that’s what he was put here to do.
Nia Roe (Ivelisse): Actor, voice actor, poet, and vocalist devoted to storytelling that moves, challenges, and awakens. Also works as a Spiritual Alignment Coach, drawing from a background in psychology, spirituality, and health and fitness. Her performances stem from authenticity, intuition, and a deep connection to the human experience.
Bethany Chasteen (Doll-Face): Actress, model, and voiceover talent with credits spanning film, network television, and national campaigns. Appeared on Law & Order: SVU and in principal roles for Macy’s, Revlon, and Maybelline. Upcoming appearance in the 2026 feature film 72 Hours alongside Kevin Hart. Founder of the Love Flaws Foundation. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Napaht Na Nongkhai (River): New York-based Thai actress and multidisciplinary artist. Graduate of Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and Interlochen Arts Academy. Credits span Off-Broadway theatre and independent film. Made her professional debut at age 15 as the youngest lead in Evil Queen: The Musical in Thailand. Jury member for New York CineFest and North Hollywood CineFest. Known for portraying fierce, rebellious anti-heroes and emotionally complex female leads.
Matthew Cade (The Boss): Actor, playwright, and filmmaker from Brooklyn, NY. Notable credits include Harlem Coffee Shop at the Beacon Theatre, writer/director of feature films How I Became That Jewish Guy (Anthology Film Archives) and The Missing Stories (Quad Cinema), playwright of Waking Up Crazy at Cherry Lane Theatre. Marcus Aurelius (Director of Photography): Director, filmmaker, and DP from Brooklyn, NYC. Trained as a Fine Arts Major at Pratt Institute with a background in photography, graphic design, and cinematography. Has worked on several independent film projects as both director and DP, typically serving as the driving force behind visuals on set.
Richel Gomez (Line Producer): Brooklyn-based producer and crew member for Tru Luv Entertainment. Production credits include 1st Assistant Camera, Key Grip, and Production Manager across multiple Tru Luv projects including A Letter for You, In God We Trust, Last Supper, Top View from the Bottom, and What Do You See. Also appeared on screen in Cheaters: Multiple Choice. Columbia University graduate.
