Love Island’s Olivia Bowen ‘in bed by 8pm’ after ditching wild lifestyle
Former Love Island party girl Olivia Bowen says she’s curbed her wild ways since becoming a mum last year.
Loved-up Olivia, 29, and hubby Alex, 32, have married and had baby son Abel since finishing runners-up on the hit series back in 2016. Oliva told Daily Star: “Fans watch the season we were on and still think we are both this party couple but having a baby has changed all that.
“Our lives used to be crazy with working, travelling, events and parties. But we celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary recently and were both passed out by 8pm.

“We were thinking what the hell has our lives turned into. We used to be massive party animals and we now fall asleep before we’ve had time to eat dessert.
“I am still weird and a bit crazy but I’ve definitely matured.”
Olivia, seen here exclusively promoting her new partywear range with QUIZ clothing, added: “Being a mum has been the hardest but most beautiful thing. It has been a dramatic change. I didn’t expect my whole outlook on life to change the way it has.
“I wouldn’t even have time to watch Love Island these days let alone go on it. I’m too busy watching children’s cartoons.”
Olivia and Alex welcomed their son Abel last summer after meeting on Love Island in 2016. While they didn't win the show, their whirlwind romance caught the attention of their fans.
The duo landed second place next to Cara and Nathan, and Alex popped the question just 6 months later. They tied the knot in 2018 and in 2022 they announced that their family had grown after having their baby boy.
They now live in a huge luxury pad which they have been renovating, with their pooches and their little one.
