BBC Strictly’s Bobby Brazier issued romance warning before ‘trying to kiss’ Dianne Buswell

Strictly Come Dancing's Bobby Brazier was warned about letting his private life get in the way of his professional life just hours before Saturday's live show.

The popular EastEnders star, 20, is one of the favourites to win Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner, Dianne Buswell, 34.

But after the Mirror reported "he's been texting his ex-girlfriend, Tillie Amartey and inviting her to watch him perform," he's been told to "keep his head in the game".

Dom Aldworth, Head of Brand Marketing at Slingo, issued Bobby the warning, saying: "Strictly is an intense show, with gruelling rehearsals and jam-packed schedules.

"With rumours Bobby Brazier has been messaging his ex-girlfriend during this time on the show, many fans of the former Eastenders stars are concerned about his commitment to the dance competition. With such tough competition on Strictly this year, his main focus needs to be on the show."

Dom added Bobby should be focused only on winning the competition, by "pushing other distractions to the side throughout the remainder of his time on the show."

It comes as the late son of Jade Goody shocked viewers on Saturday when they accused him of trying to and kiss Dianne Buswell on the dance floor.

After their steamy performance ended with them face to face, one fan wondered: “Did Bobby try and kiss Dianne and she pulled away."

Another said: "I love Bobby, but boy did he want to kiss Dianne for real at the end of that!"

While a third shocked fan said: "Whoa, hold on a minute!!! Did we just see a full-blown kiss at the end of Bobby and Diane’s dance? I'm sure we did!"

Bobby and his ex-flame Tillie are understood to have met through being signed to the same modelling agency, Unsigned. But in March this year, they decided to split.

A TV insider told The Mirror that Bobby has been "messaging Tillie constantly between busy show rehearsals".

The source said: "Bobby was really keen on her, but she decided to call time on the relationship, feeling they weren't compatible.

"There was no big row, and, as they have always been on/off, Bobby hasn't given up. He is doing all the running at the moment. Bobby is messaging Tillie constantly in between rehearsals and has also asked her to the Strictly studio."

It comes as Dianne has been "left feeling down" over rumours that she and Bobby could be falling for each other.

After Bobby admitted he was "falling in love" with professional dancer Dianne, this led to fans criticising them both and some rushing to defend Dianne's boyfriend, Joe Sugg.

A source told The Mirror: "The cruel remarks she has read about her relationship with Bobby – who has been really supportive – have hit her hard. Her and Joe are still very much together, and he has also been very supportive, and made it clear publicly that he has her back."

Speaking on Lorraine about their relationship, Bobby said: "We spend so much time together [in rehearsals] all day every day together."

Dianne added: "So if we didn't like each other, that would be an issue!"

Bobby then admitted: "There are times when I don't like you, but then there are times that I love you."

Strictly Come Dancing is on BBC One on Saturday at 7.05 pm.
