Phillip Schofield ‘spotted on TV’ four months after he resigned from ITV
Chris Evans on Phillip Schofield ‘unfollowing’ Holly Willoughby
Phillip Schofield has been spotted on television by viewers just four months after quitting his This Morning gig.
The ex-ITV presenter resigned from his position on This Morning in May after he revealed to having an affair with a younger colleague.
The 61-year old has since kept himself out of the spotlight, however Netflix viewers recently saw him appearing in a documentary.
A clip of Phillip and his former co-host Holly Willoughby appeared in the third episode of Netflix’s series Who Killed Jill Dando?
The footage was originally broadcasted in spring last year and marked the 23rd anniversary of Jill’s murder.

During the scene, Phillip and Holly were both interviewing journalist Mark Williams-Thomas.
Only Holly appears to speak during the clip, in which she says: “What happened that morning remains a mystery, the crime unsolved, her killer never held to justice.”
Phillip sensationally quit his role after his affair was revealed on Friday May 26. He openly denied that he “groomed” his former lover.
Speaking to The Sun, the 61-year-old said: “I did not, I did not [groom him]. There are accusations of all sorts of things. It never came across that way [an abuse of power] because we’d become mates. I don’t know about that.
“But of course, I understand that there will be a massive judgment, but bearing in mind, I have never exercised that anywhere else. I assume somebody, somewhere, assumed something was going on, correctly, and didn’t say anything.

“At the time I did not think about it possibly ruining my career. I really probably only thought about it when I saw the rumour mill and saw it growing.”
Phillip’s friendship with Holly is seemingly a thing of the past, as he unfollowed her on Instagram this month.
The duo worked together hosting This Morning since 2009 and formed an incredibly close bond away from the cameras.
Phillip still follows Holly’s sister Kelly on Instagram.
Since his exit, Holly has continued to present on This Morning alongside different presenters such as Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson.
