Love Island’s Maura Higgins branded a ‘beauty’ as she wows in corset two-piece to celebrate her birthday
Love Island star Maura Higgins looked stunning in incredible new snaps celebrating her 33rd birthday in the Maldives.
The TV star put on a colourful display as she posed in front of a picturesque sunset, wearing a flattering two-piece corset and skirt.
The Love Island Games host flashed a smile for the camera as she posed in the multicoloured garments and accessorised with designer jewellery.
The star also previously shared a 'Birthday dump' from her special day, which saw her enjoying a floating breakfast to start off her special day.
Maura then relaxed by spending the evening sipping on red wine as she dined at the beach, where she was greeted with a custom 'Happy Bday Maura message' written in rose petals in the sand.
The TV personality thanked Hideaway Beach Maldives for hosting her lavish birthday bash, as she penned: “Thank you for all the amazing surprises.”
Fans were quick to gush over Maura, with one person penning: “Happy Birthday gorgeous!" Another wrote "Such a beauty!” while fellow Love Island star and pal Molly Mae commented: “Perfect Birthday Girl.”
It comes as Maura recently landed the role of social media host for Love Island Games. The presenting gig saw the star interviewing contestants as they exited the spin-off version of the show filmed in sunny Fiji.
Love Island Games brings together 26 former Islanders from both the UK and international versions of the show for 'another shot at love', taking part in a bunch of fun challenges.
Fans were left cringing when she was tasked with having to interview her ex, Curtis Pritchard, as he became the third contestant to be sent packing from the villa.
The pair called it quits in 2020 after just seven months together, with Maura revealing that she no longer saw Curtis as her 'future husband.'
In the tense exchange, Maura is tasked with getting Curtis to open up about his experience inside the villa in the aftermath of his eviction.
"Long time no see, Curtis," the 32 year old said, prompting the former Dancing With the Stars contestant to laugh.
After exchanging in some small talk, Maura got down to the nitty-gritty of her ex-fling's time on Love Island Games.
"It's a bit weird to be out," Curtis told her, before revealing he was "gutted" to have left so early and wished he was "still in" the contest.
Maura then challenged him on his flirtatious behaviour with the other women in the villa, despite being matched with Lisa.
"You were coupled up with Lisa, but you were clearly getting to know some of the other girls," she said.
"There was a lot of flirting going on. But you always seemed to gravitate back to Lisa. Why do you think that was?"
In a short break between takes, Curtis appeared to try to break the awkward silence by inquiring after Maura's loved ones. "How's the family?" he asked to which she replied: "Good, yeah, good."
"Curtis Pritchard got dumped 3rd on Love Island Games… Maura (his love island ex) is the spinoff show host…" one person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. It's about as awkward as you'd expect."
Another said: "I’ve second hand embarrassment watching this", while a third said: “How’s the family” sent me immediately."
Other Love Island stars equally felt the cringe as Jack Fowler wrote: "Looooool this is awkward." And Eyal Booker wrote: "Well, this is bloody awkward, isn’t it."
