Now, it looks like the couple will be taking the next step in their relationship.

Will Kelly Anne and Pote leave the Mendoza Cartel?
In season five, episode two of Queen of the South, Kelly Anne complained of feeling nauseous.
Many fans on Twitter predicted she was pregnant and by the end of the show, it turns out their theories were true.
Kelly Anne opened up to Pote and told her boyfriend she was pregnant with his child but neither knew how to react to the situation.
This is a secret so far that Teresa Mendoza (Alice Braga) isn’t in on though so how will she react when she hears of the pregnancy?
Pote has been a loyal follower to Teresa from the very beginning and has not stopped in looking out for her best interests.
Meanwhile, Kelly Anne has had a bit of a turbulent relationship with the queenpin, first starting out as friends but was later discovered to be a mole.
In her defence, Kelly Anne had a serious drug addiction at the time and in her own way, was trying to protect Teresa from people who she thought would betray her.
Teresa did instruct James Valdez (Peter Gadiot) to kill her but luckily, he decided against this and let Kelly Anne go.
As Pote is still employed as one of Teresa’s trusted bodyguards and Kelly Anne keeps the business ticking over, the pair have become critically important to the cartel.
With the pair now expecting their first child together though, this could all be over very soon.
As previous experiences have dictated, you cannot be part of a cartel and have a normal family life.
So will the couple choose to stick with Teresa or instead run off to start their new family together?

Another surprising moment in episode two was the brief reunion of Teresa and James.
After being away from one another for so long, they shared an intimate moment with a passionate kiss.
However, later on in the same episode, Teresa quickly put a stop to their brewing romance.
She agreed that he could stay with the cartel but they could not be together, most likely fearing for his life as everyone she has ever loved has been previously killed.
Queen of the South will be coming to an end following season five airing on USA Network.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Queen of the South had been cancelled and series five would be the final lot of episodes.
So now viewers are wondering if Teresa will be killed off as the flash-forwards predict or is she going to get her happy ending after all?
Queen of the South season 5 is available to watch on USA Network.
