Stacey Solomon confirms she will have wedding to Joe Swash at her new £1.2m home after fearing it wouldn't be possible

STACEY Solomon has confirmed that she will be having her wedding at her new £1.2m home after fearing it wouldn't be possible.

The Loose Women presenter, 31, will officially be tying the knot to Joe Swash in their huge garden.

Stacey, Joe, 39, and her three boys Leighton, eight, Zachary, 13, and one-year-old Rex moved into the gorgeous Essex pad last month and she had already decided that she wanted to use it as their wedding venue.

But earlier this week the telly star revealed that it might not be able to happen as they needed to get hold of a licence to host the event themselves.

Since then it's been given the all clear and the X Factor star revealed the happy news on her Instagram Story.

Stacey told fans: "So after lots of thinking, wondering, phone calls and then crazy rearranging we were so excited to hear tonight that we can definitely have our wedding ceremony at home."

The excited mum-of-three went on to share what plans they have already thought of for their big day.

She continued: "We are having a little ready minute walking around the garden thinking where things might be.

"We are thinking walking down woodland walk for our vowels and then a reaction in this old barn.

"I honestly cannot wait to hear your advice, your wedding stories and share this whole adventure with you all."

Last week Stacey revealed that she had to put their big day on hold during an appearance on Lorraine.

She told stand-in host Cat Deeley: “Oh god. So we had a venue and then obviously we didn’t know we were going to move here but then we saw the house and just thought ‘oh my god, let's go for it’ and now that we are here, we would actually really like to get married in the garden.

“So we are trying to see if we can do that but we don’t know if we will be able to get a license.

"So the wedding planning is a bit on hold at the moment, because we don’t know exactly where or what we are going to do.”

She added: "It’s all just come at once, so many of these things have been in the planning for years…

"I feel so lucky, privileged and grateful and I just think you have to take any opportunity when it comes.”

Their property is set within 2.5 acres of land, so would offer plenty of space for their wedding.

Stacey announced the happy news that she was engaged to the former EastEnders star on Christmas Eve last year.

Since then the DIY queen has been busy getting things ready and has even crafting her own decorations for the occasion.

But when Stacey's not busy making bits for the wedding, she's organising her home.

Yesterday she turned her dingy boiler cupboard into a stylish laundry space.

Over the past week, the family also agreed to switch off their devices so that they could enjoy spending more time together.
