Sarah confirmed as Adam's attacker as she lies to the police in Corrie?
Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) lied to the police about her whereabouts in Coronation Street on the night in which Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) was left for dead.
The young woman was horrified to learn from Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) that Adam had been attacked in the Bistro — and that it wasn’t looking good.
Therefore, she headed to the hospital to be by her husband’s side.
However, when a detective questioned her about her whereabouts on the night in question, Sarah informed him that she was at home all night.
What’s more, she informed said detective that her brother David (Jack P Shepherd) could verify such a thing.
Upon returning home, Sarah was quizzed by David regarding how Adam was doing.
David asked if she was being considered a suspect, but Sarah shot such an idea down — claiming him that she was at home with him all night.
However, little Harry overheard the conversation, and reminded Sarah that she left in the middle of the night.
A horrified Sarah shouted at the young boy, informing him that he cannot ever say such as thing again, before claiming that he was mistaken.
The question is: if Sarah is lying to the police, what is she hiding?
Where was she on the night Adam was attacked?
Coronation Street continues Wednesday December 16 at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
