Married At First Sight UK final to air tonight after ‘technical difficulties’
E4 has apologised after it sent a repeat of Wednesday night's episode of Married At First Sight UK, instead of the series finale.
A spokesperson from E4 said: "Following the incident at the weekend, ongoing technical issues have meant that Thursday night’s episode of Married at First Sight UK was a repeat from Wednesday 29th September.
"We apologise to the fans of the show and have worked hard to get the episode to you this evening at 9pm. We hope that when you finally watch it you can find out whether Amy & Josh, Tayah & Adam and Morag & Luke renew their vows."
When is the Married At First Sight UK final?
The Married At First Sight UK final will now air tonight, Friday October 1 at 9pm on E4.
After experiencing “tech difficulties” last night, the channel tweeted: “Okay, here’s the teaser for tonight’s episode (again). The twist is we’re actually going to play it this time.”
A spokesperson from E4 also confirmed to Daily Star: "Episode 20 will now air on Friday 1 October at 9pm on E4, followed by MAFS Afters at 10pm."

According to the channel, the issue was down to “ongoing tech issues which we’re working hard on”.
They later said: “To confirm, #MAFSUK and Afters won’t be playing tonight. We’re sorry again – we’re working to make it available on All 4 and E4 as soon as possible and we’ll update as soon as we know more.”
An E4 spokesperson said in a statement: "Viewers might have noticed last night that instead of the eagerly anticipated finale of Married at First Sight UK, a repeat was broadcast.
"This follows the incident at the weekend which has caused ongoing technical issues for Channel 4’s services. We apologise for any disappointment this has caused."

The ongoing tech issues are the result of technical problems at a broadcast centre, which resulted in several channels going off air on Saturday.
Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC, Paramount Network and 4 Music were all among those who were affected by a fire alarm.
According to Red Bee Media, there had been an "activation of the fire suppression systems", at its broadcast centre in west London.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman confirmed to BBC that the ongoing issue was still inked to this problem.
Meanwhile, it seems the technical difficulties the channel is experiencing is widespread, as Channel 4 also tweeted about the same "tech issue”.
It said on Twitter on Tuesday: “Sadly we’re still experiencing some tech issues which means some viewers may have problems watching our channels or access services. Sorry for the ongoing disruption – we’ll let you know here as and when we have updates.”
