Kimberly Wyatt shows off impressive moves and gym-honed bod in workout gear

Kimberly Wyatt looks incredible in her newly-shared posts as she showed off her toned physique while training for her upcoming Dancing On Ice stint.

The Pussycat Doll wowed her followers with some new clips of herself working on her incredible flexibility ability ahead of the ITV competition that kicks off in January.

The mum-of-three also shared a snap of herself on Monday and captioned the post: "Mondays are for fresh starts," as she posed in her at-home gym.

The 39 year old stunned as she donned a no-makeup look and a quick up-do. Days later, she thrilled fans yet again with some impressive video clips.

In the first video, which she uploaded on Wednesday, the star can be seen doing a headstand while doing the splits in a pink lycra gym set.

Then in her latest social media video, that she posted on Thursday, Kimberly booty bumped a ball that was hurled towards her in her home dance studio.

She captioned the clip: "I’m no footballer…. but I think I showed promise!!!"

Her Instagram followers were wowed by her astonishing move and were quick to flood the comment section.

One said: "That first one in particular made me giggle! Great job!"

A second said: "You are better than some footballers lol."

While a third wrote: "You got some skills lady xxxx"

The former pop star also got very excited recently after the news broke that Strictly's Oti Mabuse would be moving over to judge on Dancing On Ice.

Kimberly showed her support to Oti on her Instagram announcement and said: "Oh wow!!!!!!! @otimabuse! Back to training then," followed by several love hearts emojis and a flushed face one.

Professional dancer Oti Mabuse, who has starred on the hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing for six years, will be joining the rival ITV show in January.

Many other celebrities were equally excited about Oti joining, as many commented underneath the Instagram announcement.

This Morning's Alison Hammond wrote: "Fantastic judging panel."

While Dancing On Ice contestant Rachel Stevens added: "Amazing news! How exciting."

Many fans were also starstruck, with one tweeting: "My girl Kimberly Wyatt from The Pussycat Dolls and Rachel Stevens doing Dancing On Ice and now Oti Mabuse judging. I don't think I've ever been this excited for Dancing On Ice."
