Strictly: Fleur East lights up the dance floor on launch night
Strictly Come Dancing is back and viewers couldn’t be more excited to see the glitz and glamour of the fab-u-lous dancing competition. The BBC One series kicked off tonight with the celebrities making their dancefloor debuts as they try to combat the nerves. Former Coronation Street star Kym Marsh was the first contestant to take to the stage.
Kym Marsh is partnered with Italian stallion Graziano Di Prima who performed a Jive to Merry Clayton’s Yes.
While she did her best to stay upbeat with her kicks and flicks, not all of the judges were left impressed.
Craig Revel Horwood labelled her performance as “sluggish” and wanted to see more energy from the presenter.
However, Anton Du Beke thought their routine was a great start to the show and scored the pair very highly.
