Mike Tindall was left fuming on the latest episode of I’m A Celeb after Matt Hancock made a major blunder and burned the camp’s precious food rations.

The controversial MP was tasked with cooking the camp’s rice, but left them fuming when he left the pot boiling too long and burned the rice, leaving them with a rather unappetising meal.

Mike, who was seen relaxing on the hammock when the news came in that the rice was burned, was especially angry, blasting the former health secretary for the blunder.

He told Sue: "Has Matt even burned the rice this morning? He's burned half the bloody rice coz he doesn't check anything!"

"You're joking," she replied, showing her frustration.

Sue was later heard saying: "Walking away from the rice is a no no . Naughty Matt Hancock."

Seann followed up in the Bush Telegraph blasting: “Matt did a bit of an ‘oopsie’ with the cooking and forgot that the rice was being cooked.”

He later added that he “didn’t remember there being so many problems with the cooking when Charlene was here. I think this restaurant’s gone downhill. Sorry Matt”.

This later saw Owen asking if the rice was “inedible.”

Matt tried to play down the episode in the Bush Telegraph saying: “We rescued the situation, we got half a pan of rice. Basically we lost one packet of rice. All is well.”

Viewers took to Twitter to react: “ #ImACeleb Matt Hancock burns their limited rice “We only lost one packet of rice, all is well” #healthsecretary Matt Hancock “We only lost 100,000” all is well we have 67 million left.. Typical tory approach to fuck ups. #NeverTrustATory,” said one viewer.

A second added: “Matt saying 'all is fine' when food is ruined and people are starving much like his government.”

Others however defended the MP, since he’s done the majority of the trials and won the most food for the camp.

They blasted: “So Matt has burnt some rice yet has got most of the food for them all.”

Some even claimed Sue was being unfairly harsh to the star, penning: “Sue always being horrible to Matt at every chance she gets!!"

A second added: “Sue sitting watching the rice burn so she can then blame matt! What a conniving horrible woman! Get her out .”

Owen was later seen taking on the dreaded boiling point task that Chris moyles famously duped winning only one star for camp.

He returned with nine stars to a thrilled welcome by his campmates who could finally look forward to a decent meal.
