Emmerdale’s Danny Miller clutches sick bag in his first I’m A Celebrity challenge

I'm A Celebrity'sDanny Miller clutched a sick bag during the helicopter ride to Gwrych Castle in case he was 'sick over the celebrities'.

The Emmerdale star, who played Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap, put his fears to the test when he got into the helicopter alongside BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin, Naughty Boy and Snoochie Shy as the group made their way to Gwrych Castle in Wales.

Danny, 30, who welcomed his newborn son, Albert, with fiancée Steph Jones in October, voiced his concerns on getting into the chopper as he stood on the Welsh coastline with the other celebrities.

The helicopter flew towards them and Danny commented: "The idea of getting in that helicopter terrifies the life out of me. The last thing I want to do is be sick all over the celebrities."

Danny sat in the middle of the helicopter with Naughty Boy while Louise and Snoochie peered out of the window as they flew over the Welsh coastline.

In a brief mid-air encounter, the helicopters passed each other which was the first opportunity for the groups to catch of glimpse of each other and wave.

Meanwhile Emmerdale star Danny could not stomach the movements of the helicopter and he clutched onto a paper sick bag in case of an emergency.

It comes after two celebrities have already endured their first trial – Turrets of Terror.

The eight celebrities arrived at the trial, which consisted of a giant three level structure in front of Gwrych Castle.

Ant and Dec joined the campmates to reveal what they'd be doing, and shared which two celebrities the public had voted for to take on trail number one.

Richard Madeley and Frankie Bridge joined the rest of the celebrities – the first two to be selected for a trial.

One team chose Frankie to represent them and the other Richard, and Ant explained the rules.

As is usually the case on I'm A Celebrity, castle critters would be joining Richard and Frankie as they took on their challenge, Dec warned.

Viewers will be able to find out which team is led to victory in the trial by tuning into the first episode of the series, airing on Sunday 21 November at 9pm on ITV.
