EastEnders spoilers: Harry Redknapp helps Tommy Moon land a professional football spot
HARRY Redknapp helps Kat Slater's son Tommy Moon land a professional football spot next week in EastEnders.
The former football player and manager, 74, makes a cameo in the BBC soap after sharing some footage of the 11-year-old showing off his skills on the pitch.
At the start of the week Jay offers to take Tommy out to practice ahead of his trial, however this makes Billy very jealous.
The funeral director decides to get one up on Jay and says to Kat that they should do a penalty shootout to see who should be allowed to take Tommy to his trial.
The pair go head to head to figure out who should take the school boy – but who do you think comes out on top?
Later on in the week Kat confesses to them that she thinks she may have put too much pressure on her son to do well.
Moments later Kim sees a video of Tommy shooting a goal online, which is later seen by none other than Harry himself.
The footie star shares the footage and Tommy's goal goes viral.
To Kat's amazement she later gets a call that her son has made the team, leaving her absolutely ecstatic.
Elsewhere in Walford Ash and Vinny Panesar are left stunned as their criminal father drops a bombshell on them.
The Panesars' father was sent to prison by their scheming mother Suki years ago.
History repeated itself earlier this year when Suki framed her son Jags for the attack on Martin Fowler after discovering his secret relationship with Habiba.
Viewers know that Jags was then killed in prison after Ben cancelled his protection after spotting Kheerat romancing his enemy Sharon Watts, leaving Suki blaming herself for the tragedy.
Later in the week, Ash and Vinny are shocked to hear from their dad and even more stunned by what he has to say.
With EastEnders bosses keeping shtum about the revelation, viewers will have to tune in to find out what’s going on.
Could it be about Jags' death?
