BBC Breakfast viewers left squirming as Charlie Stayt clashes with 'grumpy' Naga Munchetty in 'tense' scenes | The Sun

BBC Breakfast viewers were left squirming after Charlie Stayt clashed with 'grumpy' Naga Munchetty in 'tense' scenes.

Naga, 47, was back on BBC Breakfast after being absent from yesterday's programme.

Sitting beside Charlie, 60, Naga went through the days headlines with him and viewers.

At one point, Charlie explained how there is now WiFi available at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, allowing people to take a picture and send it instantly.

Naga said in response: "My feeling about this is, there are a certain moments in life and they're few and further between where you can just enjoy the moment without technology getting in the way."

She then added: "I don't know, I'm probably just being grumpy again."

Charlie was quick to reply cheekily: "Well, you are actually. Yes. But carry on."

Naga shrugged and told him: "Well, I think it was fine to be grumpy at that point."

Viewers immediately picked up on the exchange and one wrote on Twitter: "WHAT is going on with Naga and Charlie? They clearly do not get along.

"If they can't keep it off-camera can't they work with different co-hosts?"
