Bake Off's Matt Lucas looks slimmer than ever after 'piling on the pounds in lockdown'

MATT Lucas displayed his dramatic weight loss tonight at The National Comedy Awards for Stand Up To Cancer.

The Little Britain star presented an award on stage at the Roundhouse in London on Wednesday.

Matt, 47, looked dapper in a black suit and matching tie on the red carpet, before handing over the Outstanding Comedy Actor gong to Sex Education star Asa Butterfield.

Matt previously revealed how he had to "do something about his weight" after piling on the pounds during lockdown.

He chose to overhaul his image during after lockdown, telling ITV's Lorraine that he "had to do something about it".

At the time he said: "I lost some weight, I needed to take the edge off, because I put on a lot of weight in lockdown."
