Spice Girls’ Geri Horner’s wild love life – David Walliams to Duncan James fling
Geri Horner, formally Halliwell, shot to fame in the 1990s as part of girl group the Spice Girls.
Alongside Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie C and Melanie B – the five-piece went on to have a slew of hits and fast became the biggest girl band to grace our airwaves.
Known as Ginger Spice, Geri was a hit with the band's fans, but broke their hearts when she announced she was departing.

On May 31, 1998, Geri broke the sad news through her solicitor that she had left the Spice Girls due to depression and differences within the group.
But aside from her glam life as a popstar, Geri has had a pretty hectic love life – filled with high profiled flings and relationships with fellow famous faces.
Here at Daily Star, to celebrate Geri's 50th birthday today, we're taking a look into her most prolific flings and relationships…
Ah, the perfect pairing – a boyband heartthrob and a girl band bombshell.
In 2004, this dreamy pairing occurred after the pair presented Party in the Park.
The Blue singer then took Geri on a slew of dates before he confided in her to reveal one of his deepest secrets.
Revealing his sexuality to her, Geri was trusted enough by Duncan to allow him to reveal all.
He later went on to tell Gay Star News: "I used to fancy the pants off Geri.
"We went out on a few little dates, nothing serious. [Then] I told her I was gay…"
He added: "I came out to Geri Halliwell, pretty much.
"She was one of the first people I came out to.
"How many people can say they came out to a Spice Girl?"
Chris Evans was the king of radio back in the day, and Geri was always being played on said radio.
Not only did they share a close music link back in the late 1990s, but they shared the same publicist too.
People thought that the pair's romance was just a stunt for her new single after leaving the Spice Girls.
Chris' ex-wife and now famous Loose Women panellist Carol McGiffin famously told The Guardian: "It's completely brilliant because Geri's single will get to number one and Chris's ratings will go up.
"They'll hang out together for the next few weeks as they have been doing. They may well announce an engagement…
"Everybody wins. Then, when the media has gone completely mad, they'll turn round to the bank of cameras and laugh their heads off at their own hilarious little prank. And it is hilarious because it is so obviously a joke."
Back in 2000 – yep, that's 22 years ago – Geri was spotted leaving Robbie Williams' house at 1am.
The sighting came before they holidayed together in France the following month.
He even wrote a song all about it. Yes, really.
The former Take That heartthrob had a number one hit with the song Eternity, which was about his and Geri's bond, reportedly.
Although things ended up turning sour for the couple, Geri was still thankful for her fling with the singer.
Speaking to Piers Morgan, Geri said: "Robbie knew about my bulimia… he told me to go to rehab and that possibly saved my life."
Adding: "I will always be grateful to him, always. I felt he was the only person on the planet who could understand me."
In 2008 rumours swirling that Geri was secretly dating Little Britain and Britain's Got Talent star David Walliams.
Already close pals, sources began to claim that the pair's bond had progressed into something more.
"They have been secretly dating since the New Year and nobody knows," a source told The Mirror.
Adding: "They are very tactile with each other and he's such a gent.
"Geri just can't stop smiling."
After Katy Perry and Russell Brand got divorced, Geri and Russell reportedly got together after the Olympics Closing Ceremony in 2012.
The pair even stepped out together with Geri's daughter Bluebell (born in 2006 after a relationship with Sacha Gervasi) for a date at Hampton Court Palace.
Speaking to Metro, Geri lifted the lid on the romance when she said: "Yes. It's been a whirlwind.
"All I want is to be in a loving relationship. Is he my ideal man? I'm choosy.
"I want someone who's trustworthy, sweet and kind."
The pair didn't last and soon split.

Back in May this year (2022), Geri and her husband Christian celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary, with the couple still going strong and more loved up than ever.
The Spice Girl got hitched to the Team Principle of the Red Bull Formula One racing team on May 15, 2015.
The pair first met in 2009 through a mutual connection with F1 legend Bernie Ecclestone.
At the time Christian was still very much in love with Beverley Allen, but the pair split after 14 years soon after she gave birth to their daughter.
Six months later Christian and Geri went public with their relationship, and a month later in November 2014 they announced their engagement.
At the time of their wedding in 2015, Christian's parents were reported to be unhappy about his son's decision to marry Geri.
A friend of the couple said at the time: "Over the years Christian has been very close to his parents – particularly to his dad who shares his love of motor racing – but recent events have thrown everything into doubt. His mum is particularly upset.
"It’s a real shame and everyone involved is upset.
"Weddings are expected to bring families closer together, but this engagement has driven a wedge between people."
The couple have stood the test of time though, with Geri welcoming her second child, but her first with Christian.
In 2017 the couple welcomed Montague George Hector Horner.
