Ozzy Osbourne is ‘terrified’ of horror films and ‘s*** bricks’ at The Exorcist
Prince Of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne is a gibbering wreck when it comes to horror films.
Ozzy recalled how he was “terrified” watching The Exorcist with his band Black Sabbath.
And Oz and his Brummie buddies were so panicked and stressed they slept in the same hotel room to ease their fears.
Ozzy, 72, said: “I was terrified. Me and all the members of Black Sabbath were in Philadelphia and the manager said you have to see this movie The Exorcist.. and we got there and we sh*t bricks when we watched it.
“We had to watch The Sting afterwards to get our minds off of it.
“And all we had to spend the night all together in one room.”
Even though his movie dramas prompted such an extreme reaction, Ozzy remains cynical about ghosts and UFOs.
But Sharon says that she has felt supernatural activities in hotel rooms around the world.
She said: “If you go to places in Europe like places in England, Ireland and Germany and old castles – you wonder what has been going in here.”
Ozzy filmed with son Jack this year on a series where son Jack showed them footage of aliens and the paranormal in The Osbournes Want To Believe.
Ozzy said of his son: “He is always on about aliens, things for outer space, scary stuff and ghosts and I kind of take it with a pinch of salt. I cannot say actually I have seen a ghost.
“When anyone shows me anything like that I look for the trick wire. Some of the stuff he showed me I could not believe it.”
The rocker admits that some videos “defied explanations”, but he still remains “skeptical leaning towards it.”
