Maisie Smith found herself covered in white sauce after an accident occurred while she was eating.
Taking to Instagram, the EastEnders star shared the hilarious clip with her one million Instagram followers which she captioned: "So this happened."
In the video, the 20-year old actress screamed "I don't even want to know," as her hair and clothes were drenched in chicken caeser dressing while she was trying to enjoy her lunch.
Maisie, who rose to fame for playing Tiffany Butcher on the BBC soap, was taking a break from rehearsals for the Strictly Presents: Keeeep Dancing! tour when the sauce disaster happened.
While flapping her hands and repeatedly squealing "no," a man behind the camera took no sympathy with the soap star and proceeded to point and laugh at her while she was in a hilarious panic.
The Strictly Come Dancing star has been gearing up for the Keeeep Dancing! tour which kicks off on June 22 at Tunbridge Wells' Assembly Halls.
It hasn't been straightforward however, as her professional partner Gorka Marquez revealed last week that he was forced to pull out after suffering an injury.
Taking to Instagram, the professional dancer penned: "I am so sad to announce that, following medical advice, I have to withdraw from the 'Strictly Presents' tour."
The 31-year-old revealed that he had a flare up and doctors advised him to no longer participate.
He informed his followers: "Unfortunately last week I had a flare up of my injury causing me a lot of pain and problems, even to walk. Following the advice from doctors and physios, I have had to stop my involvement in this new tour."
The Strictly star went on to say that he was "very sad" to not be performing again, but assured he is resting up so he "can be ready" for the return of the upcoming series of Strictly later this year.
Maisie, who finished runner up with Gorka as her partner in 2020, commented: "YOU WILL BE MISSED."
It was announced that Gorka will be replaced by South African Latin champion Cameron Lombard who joined the dancing competition in 2021.
