Cardi B announces pregnancy during performance at awards show
Cardi B announces she is pregnant with her second child during a performance at the BET Awards on Sunday.
The 28-year-old WAP singer told fans she is expecting and showed off her growing baby bump on social media.
It's not the first time the star has announced a pregnancy on TV, with the New York native telling fans she was expecting her first child during a performance on Saturday Night Live in April 2018.
At the BET Awards, the chart-topping hip-hop singer took to the stage with Offset's rap group Migos and revealed her baby bump.
She wore a jumpsuit with a cutout around her belly.
The pair already share two-year-old daughter Kulture.
After the performance, Cardi shared a topless photo on social media, with her chest and bump painted white.
She captioned the post with #2 and a love heart emoji.
Celebrities and fans rushed to the comment section to wish the pair congratulations on the happy news.
Keeping Up With The Kardashian star Khloe wrote: "Congratulations!!" with heart emojis.
Youtuber Nikita Dragun penned: "Congratulations miss Cardi."
MTV, a global network and broadcaster, also said: "Congratulations Cardi," with crying emojis.
The snapshot, which shows Cardi holding onto her growing bump, fully nude, sees the star closing her eyes with her head panned up slightly.
She wore several gold bangles and long glitzy earrings in the photoshoot, with her long black hair cascading behind her down her back.

The Be Careful hitmaker married Offset, 29, in a secret ceremony in September 2017, and didn't confirm their nuptials until nearly a year later when she announced she was pregnant with Kulture.
Their relationship was rocked by reports of Offsets alleged affair and the singer took to the stage at Cardi B's Rolling Loud concert in 2018 to ask forgiveness.
Cardi B filed for divorce in September last year but the pair later reconciled.
