Arg shows off slimmer frame thanks to gruelling swimming training
The former TOWIE star showed off his slimmer frame as he attempted to swim the English Channel during Channel 4's Sink or Swim on Tuesday evening.
James "Arg" Argent, 31, along with a number of famous faces, took part in the demanding challenge to help raise money for Stand Up 2 Cancer.
And hours after the gruelling swim, the reality TV star displayed his recent weight loss in an all-black ensemble.
Fashioning a snappy roll-neck co-ordinated with a pair of trousers, Arg looked notably slender compared to his former self.
His weight loss comes weeks after a doctor told him "half his bodyweight is fat".
Prior to his swimming training, Arg undertook a medical to see if he was fit enough to undertake the endurance event.
With Arg piling on 10st in two years, his sudden weight gain sparked fears from Sport Scientist Dr Greg White.

He said on an earlier episode: "He's morbidly obese. Almost half of his bodyweight is composed of fat and a lot of that fat is around the organs.
"Very bad in terms of long-term outcome."
On last night's show, the team, which included Wes Nelson, Alex Booker and Sair Khan, were just five miles from the finish line when they were instructed to leave the water as the weather conditions were deemed unsafe.
Arg took to Instagram and shared his upset over not making it to the end, and revealed "his heart is completely broken".
He wrote: "We dared to be great. My heart is completely broken and over a week on it still really hurts. We got to 19.8 miles and only five miles away from French soil.
"We begged and begged the captain to let us continue but due to awful weather and conditions he decided it was way too dangerous."
He added: "We were so close and yet so far; it feels like failure but we can’t be ashamed as it wasn’t our fault. I’m so proud of each and every one of my team mates.
"We worked so hard, we we’re committed and improved every week of training. It wasn’t meant to be this time. Thanks for all of your support, Love Arg."
