Love Island’s Gemma tells Luca she’s seen ‘different side’ to him during chat
Thursday night's episode of Love Island will see Gemma Owen have a chat with Luca Bish, who she is coupled up with.
Luca has been frustrated ever since Gemma's ex Jacques O’Neill arrived in the villa as a bombshell on Sunday night – with many fans speculating that the two could get back together.
Tonight, on the hit ITV2 dating show, Gemma pulls Luca for a chat to air her feelings.
The 19 year old says: “You’ve probably noticed I am being a little bit off the last day.
"What initially attracted me to you is that you didn’t give a sh*t but I’ve seen a different side to you, which I do like but I don’t want to feel that’s us two married off now and that’s it.”
Luca answers back: “Why are we married off?” later adding: “Listen we both like each other and we will see how it goes.”
It comes after Gemma accidentally called current partner Luca, 23, Jacques’ name and has shared some cheeky glances with her ex.
On Wednesday night, the pair enjoyed a conversation – to Luca's annoyance – before Gemma suggested they “move spots”.
As the pair were chatting, Luca went to sit by the fire pit to be joined by Andrew Le Page.
Andrew then proceeded to ask the fishmonger as they looked over to Gemma and Jacques: "You're not bothered by that are you?" He replied calling it "a bit weird".
In light of Gemma and Jacques spotted together again, some Love Island viewers have called for them to rekindle their relationship, while others have predicated that it's inevitable.
One person said: "Jacques and Gemma are getting back together, mark my words!!!! #LoveIslandUK #loveisland".
"just waiting for the moment Gemma and Jacques get back together," wrote another.
Echoing similar sentiments, another person penned: "jacques and gemma are definitely getting back together".
"Can Gemma and Jacques just get back together already," begged one viewer, while another Gemma and Jacques supporter said: "But I want Gemma and Jacques to get back together".
Someone else added: "In support of Gemma getting back with Jacques".
