Jess, 35, looks cute in a pink ruffle dress, while Mark makes an adorable wedding guest in a tuxedo and top hat.

“Been posing together since day 1 Happy birthday @wrighty_ you have been my bestie / annoyance for 34 years now & I’m very, very proud of you. Keep smashing it love you, have a great day” wrote Jess.

Other photos included the pair at awards shows, on holiday together and throwbacks from their time in TOWIE.

Mark had to celebrate his birthday in isolation after there were 11 positive Covid cases at his football club Crawley Town.

He spent the day at his Essex home with his wife Michelle Keegan.

Mark and Jess have both opened up about how coronavirus has affected their family and detailed how hard recent times have been for them.

"COVID has ripped through my family in the past month & it has been absolutely horrendous," Jess wrote on Instagram.

She continued: "Please stay safe everyone, stay home, wear masks & also check on loved ones regularly.

"The fight isn't over for us yet, we are taking every day as it comes and praying a lot.

"The new strain seems to be spreading like wild fire."

"Thank you for the well wishes to those who have known, for my family members that have been hospitalised by this awful awful virus," Jess concluded.

Their parents Carol and Mark Snr confirmed they had tested positive on January 1, with Mark Snrlater having to be hospitalised as he battled the virus.

Mark recently opened up about the moment he thought he “may never see” his dad again, saying: “it's not until you see it first hand, with your dad being taken to hospital by ambulance, that it truly hits home.

"It’s at moments like that you think, ‘I may never see my dad again’.

"All you can do is hope for the best."

He added: "I’m praying every night that they all make a full recovery."

Mark’s dad is now thankfully out of hospital and recovering at home, but his uncle Eddie – father of their cousin and fellow former TOWIE star Elliott Wright – is still battling the virus.
