Jenny Ryan took to social media last night after her name appeared in Ben Shephard’s game show Tipping Point. The 39-year-old TV star, who has been a chaser on The Chase since 2015, was delighted to be a part of the programme and posted a picture of her big moment on Twitter.

The screen shot showed the question as her name flashed up on the screen.

“MADE IT, MA!” she declared, in view of her 92,600 followers.

“Thanks, @benshephard,” the ITV star continued adding the host into her post and the hashtags: “#TheChase #TippingPoint.”

The question read: “In 2019, which chaser on the quiz show ‘The Chase’ reached the final of the celebrity version of ‘The X Factor’?”

The three answers offered were Jenny and her fellow chasers Shaun Wallace and Mark Labbett.

The correct answer was of course Jenny, known as The Vixen, who appeared in the singing contest.

She wowed the judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh, as well as viewers at home with her singing ability.

Jenny came third in the celebrity version of the show, behind Megan McKenna, who won the contest, and duo Max and Harvey, who were the runners-up.

Many took to the comments section of her post to share their thoughts.

“You already made it love, we’re all so proud of you,” one follow remarked.

“You were beyond brill on X Factor! We were all super proud,” another added.

Commenting on her singing, a third said: “You have a great voice Jenny,” while a fourth added: “You were so good.”

“I’d pay anything for Shaun to be on The X Factor,” a viewer of The Chase light-heartedly added.

During a recent episode of The Chasers Road Trip, fans of the show saw chasers Mark, Shaun and Anne Hegerty burst into song.

The trio performed a rendition of John Denver’s 1966 hit Leaving on a Jet Plane, as they made their way to the airport in the back of a cab.

Anne and Mark scolded their co-star for launching into the chorus at the wrong point.

Many took to Twitter after the instalment, to praise Anne on her singing voice.

“The Chasers road trip was brilliant, we learned that Anne can sing,” one viewer wrote.

“The John Denver song at the end was very emotional. Anne was brilliant,” another added.

“Loved the song at the end. Anne has a lovely voice,” a third remarked.
