Jason Schwartzman Cast In Upcoming ‘Hunger Games’ Prequel ‘The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes’

Jason Schwartzman has joined the growing cast of the upcoming The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes!

The 42-year-old actor will be portraying Lucretius “Lucky” Flickerman in the Hunger Games prequel film, THR reveals.

Lucky is the host of the 10th Hunger Games, which the movie centers around, and he’s also an ancestor to Caesar Flickerman, who was played by Stanley Tucci in the Hunger Games movies.

Francis Lawrence, who directed Catching Fire and both Mockingjay movies, is returning to the director’s chair for the prequel movie.

If you missed it, a Euphoria star was recently announced as joining the cast, alongside Tom Blyth as Coriolanus Snow, Rachel Zegler as Lucy Gray Baird and Josh Andres Rivera as Sejanus Plinth. Plus, these five actors are starring as well!
