Ian Wright reveals player who changed the game for Arsenal vs Liverpool

Ian Wright reckons Alex Iwobi proved the difference in Arsenal’s clash with Liverpool .

Alexandre Lacazette grabbed a late leveller as the Gunners came from behind to earn a share of the spoils at the Emirates.

James Milner had given the visitors the lead just after the hour mark, only for Lacazette to salvage a share of the spoils.

And Wright has singled out Iwobi for special praise after the 1-1 draw in north London.

He said: "Iwobi came on and was brilliant today.

"He’s not afraid to make substitutions, Unai Emery. Substitutes for Arsenal , 10 goals they’ve been involved in this season: six goals, four assists.

"[Iwobi] came on again today with that brilliant skill and he made a big, big difference. Iwobi kept the ball alive."

Arsenal boss Emery told BT Sport: "We wanted to win but also we had a very big team in front (of us) and for us I think the performance is good.

"We pushed, we worked the match doing our things tactically and also with our supporters pushing us with energy.

"And I think for every supporter it’s a very, very good match, I think it’s an amazing spectacle.

"But I am happy only 50 per cent because we wanted to win."
